Glenda Datsko LM, CPM, CCBE
Glenda received her Midwifery training in Florida, attending the Florida School of Traditional Midwifery and Commonsense Childbirth School of Midwifery, and gained clinical experience in birth centers.
In 2010, she went to Haiti to help after the earthquake, working in a hospital maternity ward and street clinics. In 2011, she served with Mother Health International in Haiti as a clinical midwife and trainer to Haitian midwifery students.
She practiced as a home birth midwife in western Massachusetts for six years. During her time in MA, she obtained training in homeopathy and breech birth.
With extensive training and experience in community work, she served on the Springfield Maternal Child Health Commission and partnered there to organize a community-based doula initiative. After returning to Florida she served on the Pinellas County Fetal Infant Mortality Review Board. She obtained her license and is currently providing care for home births. She has given birth to five children out of hospital and has seven grandchildren, all born with midwives.
Tiffany Miller - Birth Assistant
Tiffany has a love for everything birth and postpartum and has obtained many trainings and certifications including; DONA and Indie Birth,Spinning Babies, Pelvic Biomechanics for Birth, rebozo techniques, Birth Emergency Skills Training, Breech Without Borders, and NRP. She attended births for 2 years as a doula, eventually becoming a birth assistant while being trained by a busy home birth midwife in PA. She relocated back to her home state of Florida in Dec 2021 just two weeks after her second son was born.
Tiffany is mom of 2 boys, she had very different births with each. Her son Jase was a hospital induction at 42 weeks and her son Bodhi was a planned home free birth. While the wisdom imparted from both experiences has been paramount, her second birth really accelerated her passion for home birth and she hopes to one day become a midwife.
Grethel Croft - Birth Assistant
Grethel Croft is an aspiring midwife. She is a wife and homeschool mother to four amazing children. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she migrated to Miami in 2007 with her husband. Recently she and her family relocated to the Tampa area where she continues her birth work as a doula and midwife assistant. She has always felt a divine calling to advocacy work for women’s health with a deep-rooted passion for supporting mothers and families.
Grethel has honed her expertise over the past 11 years training with DONA international, CBW Baby wearing, Breastfeeding counseling, Birth Emergency Skill Training, Dr. Stuart Fischbein’s breech skills workshop. NRP, Adult CPR, Spinning Babies, Rebozo techniques and Penny Simkin’s Advanced Doula Training with a focus on birthing after trauma.
Grethel’s commitment to lifelong learning and improvement underscores her dedication to the families she serves. Grethel is bilingual and speaks both Spanish and English.
